Local Water Report · waterquality.info

Your water can pass every test and still be worth a look.

Federal standards set a floor, not a target — and they say nothing about the pipe between the treatment plant and your kitchen. These are plain-language reports on what testing actually found in three American cities, pulled from the utilities’ own published numbers.

Who publishes this

waterquality.info is published by Clearbrook Filters, a family-owned water filtration company in Mobile, Alabama. We make these reports because the underlying data is public but almost nobody reads it — and because we sell the thing you might want after you do. That’s the whole arrangement, stated up front.

Clearbrook builds stainless gravity systems and under-sink filters, engineered in the USA. Our filtration claims are ours, and we publish the third-party testing behind them rather than asking you to take our word for it.

What it targets
Lead and other heavy metals, PFAS, chlorine, fluoride, pesticides, microplastics and trace pharmaceuticals.
Third-party certification
WQA-certified to NSF/ANSI 42 for chlorine taste and odor, and NSF/ANSI 372 for lead-free materials.
Systems
Countertop gravity systems from 1.5 to 5 gallons, plus under-sink and refrigerator filters.
