Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
This page explains what happens to information when you visit waterquality.info. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
The short version. This site is published by Clearbrook Filters. It does not ask you for any personal information, and it does not have a sign-up form. It counts visits in aggregate, and — if you arrived from an ad — the advertising platform that sent you may record that you arrived.
Who publishes this site
waterquality.info is operated by Clearbrook Filters, a water filtration company. It is an independent informational page. It is not affiliated with the City of Shreveport, the Louisiana Department of Health, or any other government body.
Information you give us
None. This site has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, and no account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address anywhere on it.
If you click through to clearbrookfilters.com and buy something there, that store collects what it needs to process your order, under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Two things measure traffic on this page:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — counts page views, referring sites, country, and browser type in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not fingerprint or track individual visitors across sites.
- Meta Pixel — if advertising is running, a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel records that a visit occurred and whether it came from an ad. Meta may associate this with your Meta account if you have one. This uses cookies and is subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
Our web host, Cloudflare, also processes standard server request data (including IP addresses) to deliver the page and protect against abuse.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. The Meta pixel described above does, when it is active. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance or in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking them will not affect anything on this page.
Clearbrook sends email about local water quality from drinkclearbrook.com. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, and opt-out requests are honored promptly. If you would rather not receive email from us, use the unsubscribe link in any message or write to the address below.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above (Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, Meta for advertising measurement, and our email sending provider) — each acting on our behalf.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it deleted, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it.
